Recent research shows that about 42 percent of Americans are Vitamin D deficient, which is why taking a Vitamin D supplement like Coral LLC Coral Daily Vitamin D3 is recommended all year long—no matter the season.
“The average American lifestyle doesn’t accommodate for the amount of sun exposure required to acquire healthy levels of Vitamin D, which puts many at risk for severe disease,” said Jason DeWitt, managing partner for Coral LLC.
“Our Daily Vitamin D3 delivers daily value requirements, plus calcium and other minerals essential to good health, rain or shine.” Coral Daily Vitamin D3 provides 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3, which is the type of Vitamin D recommended by the Vitamin D Council, and 100 mg of coral calcium, an important partner in support of healthy bones.
Additionally, the supplement includes 73 other trace minerals derived from above-sea, EcoSafe coral. Coral Daily Vitamin D3 is offered in a container of 100 easy-to-swallow, veggie capsules for $18.95. Get Into Food Sanity!

Food Sanity How to Eat in a World of Fads & Fiction gives us all some much needed insight into the facts and misconceptions when it comes to maintaining a healthy diet.

Dr. David Friedman busts the myths around certain types of foods that have long held their influence over us, as well as shed light on those foods that are advertised as “healthy” or “natural” but in reality have some implications.

For example, Dr. Friedman tackles the popular consensus of bread being bad for you. Friedman points out that it is the white flour used in bread that should be avoided, not bread itself. Myths such as these are broken down and examined by Friedman, easing the minds of those like me who eat nothing but bread. This book provides great assistance in enhancing your eating habits, as well as assisting in skipping over the headache of figuring out what you can and can’t eat!

Spoonful of Minerals!

Minerals: The Forgotten Nutrient by Joy Stephenson uses great key topics discussing why minerals are truly the route for us to go to stay healthy.

Stephenson goes into depth talking about how we need to stay on top of our health. In the book, there are fourteen top minerals that we need to maintain in our body on a daily basis. Some of these include Potassium, Chromium, Sodium, Magnesium and a plethora of other useful nutrients. It is a splendid resource in providing recommended daily intakes to get you started on your journey. It is supported with well cited references that the author had compiled for the book.

This is a great book to use in discussing the importance of minerals and how they will help if you may have any chronic illness, injury or perhaps emotional health. It goes into great detail into what the average person needs to take for minerals and why you should take them. Stephenson goes on and finishes the book with why a routine doctor testing for minerals might be a good enough. It is an excellent way to convey what you should and should not due in the future when it comes to testing for minerals and what your next step should be.

Slim Up, Slim Down!

How powering up with the right foods slim you down for that perfect bikini body:
It’s a common misperception that you have to eat less to lose weight.  In fact, eating fewer meals lowers your metabolism and makes it hard to get those last few pounds off viagra generika kaufen.
To rev up your metabolism and burn fat, it’s best to eat 5-6 meals a day consisting of 20-25 grams of lean protein, 20-25 grams of simple carbs such as those found in non-root vegetables such as asparagus, brussel sprouts, kale, spinach, zucchini, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, watercress, eggplant, and lettuce.  Good fats like olive oil, coconut oil are calorie-dense and should be used sparingly.  ~Dr. Mylaine Riobe, Author of The Tao of Integrative Medicine and The Answer to Cancer
